I guess if you dont look throughly before moving in you put your self in something you can't get out. They halffix things and its and old man with a limp that they call the mainteanceman. I neededa quick move .And if your credit is not to good you still can get in. Not to bad of and area and kinda of quiet . a lot of singlepeople with kids or couples are there. Far as the landlord he 's allrightif you are going to be late on rent or didnt send it off on time you can give it to him. As I said before make sure the apartment is in good conditions before renting. If you have to look 3 or 4times. like door, wall, molding under cabinets and in closestand make sure they put new carpert and paint. They will never clean it like you will like it. But make sure everything is all good before movingin. Cause a quick look can cause youa year long lease somewhere you really dont want to be.
