Review: I have lived here about three months now.The apartment is quiet.Neighbors are very friendly.The office staff is pleasant and always address issues in a timely manner.The grounds are well maintained and buildings are in good repair.There are some neigbors that are noisy at times but never during the quiet hours.The only thing that would have made this the perfect home would be washers and dryers in the units.It stinks lugging laundry downstairs.

Review: I live here and i'm about to move out.. Neighbors clog up the parking spots with parties all the time.. Do not move in here.. Very unclean and unsafe neighborhood..Not only that, in the winter, the heat ALWAYS goes out and maintenence is slow at reviving it..

Review: I love this apartment.It is very quiet, clean and safe here.I could not find a better priced apartment with the same high quality I get here.There are washers/dryers(even a little laundry room with cabinets), and dishwashers in every apartment. The bedrooms are also good sized, and each apartment comes with a garage! I highly recommend this complex - townhomes are available too. The office staff are both very friendly and helpful.

Review: you need to fine a new place to rent.The place is not fit for a dog let alone people.I lived here for 4 years and I hated every minute of it when i first moved in the office staff at the time tammy was the manager, she was so rude to everyone. She acted like a witch.The rest of the staff was really nice and very helpful. the leasing womanwas so sweet and nice to me. The grounds was so beautiful they had the best grounds guy.who keep the grounds looking great.one of the maintence guys was so nice and helped in every way.when he fixed things they stay fixed.The other one was so rude and never fixed things very good we always had to call back to get things fixed over and over.He always talk about the problem being our fault like the resisdent broke it on purpose.Theyhave alot of problems with bugs and mold.The mold has cause health problems for the resisdents but the office will not do anything about it.And the new manager is so rude toyou her resisdents.She acts so nice but I know its fake.New maintenace man they have has togo back behind the other one to fix his screwups.Please just find a new place to live.Some where else is better than this place. All the good people are gone from here the only people left are white trailer trash and the office is just like them.run as fast as you can away from here.

Review: I like how the buildings are set up and how they look,but there is NO storage space. When I first moved in, there was about 50 dead insects about the place. It wasn'tvery clean either. I picked up the bugs and showed them to the office, but they didn't do anything about it.The staff was generous and friendly to begin with, butafter I had a few complaints, ( bugs, bad toilet, no parking, intercom didn't work ) , they became rather rude.You're allowed pets at Northview Harbor, but the problem with that is, people walk them wherever they want, which is a little too close to my daughter and our back porch. I've lived here a year, I'm moving next month!

Review: Brand new in 2003.Absolutely beautiful.Huge Factory Windows.Tall Ceilings-pipes showing.Beautiful Fountain and ampatheater in back.Restaurant & Bar opening soon.Majority of renters are college students.Can be loud.

Review: though the rent is low, there is a good reason.walls and floors in less than admirable condition.absentee landlords.gas for whole building laundrey on lower floor bill.many drafts. cold.neighborhood full of suspicious people.
