Aurelius Rd<br>Holt, MI<br><br>Overall Rating: 1 (out of 5)<br><br><strong>Review:</strong> Management is aware that there is a registered sex offender at South Square apartments and they don't seem very concerned.This sex offender was convicted of a crime that envolved a minor in a act of non penetration.Maintanance cannot fix things correctly.My windows for instance--I've had three different maintanance people look at them and they still won't open properly, close properly, and they freeze shut in the winter---inches on ice on them!This apartment complex is noisy.Your neighbors will come home drunk and rowdy at all times of the night, people shout, have phone conversations, etc outside of your window and in common areas, and there are domestic disputes that take place in the common area/parking lot.Don't move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
