Review: I have lived at Village Green since 10/03. I have enjoyed my stay and will be renewing my lease for one more year. After that I will be using the Leasequity program to purchase a home in the Lansing area. When we moved here we were transferred by our job.The move was difficult since we are not from this area. Village Green offered social activities and now we have the privildge of knowing the people we live by. I also enjoy the location which is right next to Sharp Park.... ducks, geese, and walking distance from movies and shopping. I love the location! The apartments are a little dated but with the ability to paint your apartment I am quite happy with our HOME! I have always felt safe in the community and look forward to one more year here.

Review: I lived here for years and was paying $600 for a small little 400sq foot apartment and it was not worth it. Most of the people in the office are rude. It took months to get things repaired. I'm a 20 year old girl and I had a bat in my apartment and they said I would have to call a pest company their maintence did not deal with that. I stayed in a hotel. I had my car broken into in the parking lot and there is a sex offender like two buildings over who sits on his porch watching kids on the playground. When I told the people in the office they told me I was worried for no reason.
