<pubDate>Wed, 27 Jul 2005 02:11:07 CST</pubDate><item> <title>Apartment Reviews - Camelot Apartments, Royal Oak</title><link>http://www.rentersparadise.com/apartment-ratings/mi-royal-oak.htm</link><description>Camelot Apartments&lt;br&gt;3142 Greenfield Rd.&lt;br&gt;Royal Oak, MI&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Overall Rating: 4 (out of 5)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Review:&lt;/strong&gt; Overall, I would recommend these apartments to anyone.We had all of our bikes stolen by another resident and the management refused to do anything about it.The same resident was begging all of the neighbors for money and the elderly ladies were giving it to him.He eventually moved out, but the management would have let him stay as long as he wanted.They were pretty good about maintenance.The manager/maintenance man lives here.Parking is never a problem.Its pretty quiet here although there are lots of sirens because we're kinda behind Beaumont Hospital.(But I just moved here from a very rural area...where it gets dark at night and extremely quiet :))There is a daycare across from one building and that can be a little loud if you're trying to sleep during the day.Like I said, overall I would recommend living here.Our apartment is bright and spacious.It is also nice if you're sharing with someone because there are two bathrooms.The bedrooms are next to each other though.Happy hunting!</description><pubDate>Wed, 27 Jul 2005 02:11:07 CST</pubDate><category>Royal Oak Apartment Reviews</category><category>Apartment Reviews</category><category>Apartment Ratings</category><category>Royal Oak Apartment Ratings</category><category>Royal Oak Apartments</category></item>
