Review: I moved in at the beginning of the month.The air conditioning has not worked since I have been a tenant.I've made multiple calls to staff (rude and discourteous and they don't return calls) only to be lied to and yet no repairs made!!! There are no window screens, there is a water pressure problem, and lexington staff are rude and unresponsive.I am going to find out if they can be sued to have my move-in expenses returned so that I can move somewhere else.

Review: I bet he will never come to the phone.Tell him K.W. gave him the number.They are a joke they HATE BLACK PEOPLE, and that is all that rents from them.Someone needs to burn the place down.

Review: I HAVE BEEN A TENATE AT THE WHITE HALL APARTMENTS FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS, SINCE THE FIRST DAY I MOVED IN I DID NOT HAVE SCREENS IN MY WINDOWS ( AND STILL DON'T) MY ELEVATOR LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE GOT SHOT AND THEY FORGOT TO CLEAN UP THE BLOOD. THE HALLWAY SMELLS LIKE SWERAGE AND THE TRASH IS IN A SMALL CLOSET IN THE HALLWAY. THE MAINTANCE STAFF ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE KEYS. THERE ARE OLDER PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE AND THEY CAN'T EVEN GET A WORKING ELEVATOR. YOU CAN COME TO WHITE HALL AND BUY ANYTHING FROM CRACK TO A** IN THE PARKING LOT. IT SEEMS LIKE SOUTHFIELD POLICE CAMP OUT IN THE FRONT PARKING LOT BECAUSE THEY ARE THERE ALMOST 24/7. OH YEAH SO IS THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM CHANGES WITH THE SEASON. I THOUGHT I HAD IT MADE WITH 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATH FOR THE LITTLE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TOO STAY THAT 835 WAS THE MARKET RATE IN WHO'S DREAM'S I WOULD NOT PAY 8.35 FOR MY DOG TO STAY THERE. PLEASE DON'T RENT THERE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT TO EVEN LOOK AT APARTMENT THERE, GUESS WHAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE MODELS TO SHOW YOU! HOW ABOUT THAT!! THE REASONS I DON'T HERE MY NEIGHBORS IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALL MOVED

Review: The complex was a great place to live in '98, but the management has gone downhill.Wild children live on the east end of the complex, maintence enter w/o permission and steal from the tenants.The heat is very high to pay in some units because of outdated window treatments.People sell drugs on the east end of complex.A sex offender lives in the complex, which lets you know that they do not do background checks.Maintenance is very slow to complete work orders. The complex buys gas from utility companies and charge us what they want.
