The maintenance staff is friendly and very prompt, it is very rare that it take more then 24 hrs to have any problem addressed. The community is clean and safe, there have been a few problems like noise and the occational rowdy tenant, and trash left around do to the lazyness of the tenants, however, the matter is delt with promptly and professional. It is difficult to find luxury in the downriver area, I feel that Maple Village does a very good job to attain that status.
