It seems to mostly be college kids who like to stay outside late and be loud and party.Landscaping is ok, maintainence keeps up with everything pretty well, plenty of parking probably because there's plenty of rooms available around here.No doors outside leading into the apartment are locked, so anyone can just come into your building...
