Review: I lived in Waterchase for one year and have had friends live there also. I would never recommend it to anyone.It's totally overpriced andthe office ladies are rude once they have your money.For how much you pay to live there they should be more high quality.Basically all you pay for is the washer and dryer.I had a few people over one night and the office lady called and left a message yelling at me that there was alcohol at my apt. and I wasn't 21 at the time.Excuse me are you my mother?How would they even know whether people were drinking?Very rude.Also there were always undercover police sitting in my parking lot to watch the ghetto apts. next door.Made me feel great.

Review: The maintainence is horrible, the personal service is horrible, the rates are horrible.Fro what you pay here you would expect to see a little more quality.

Review: Nice quite place to live, not one of those large complexes were you get lost.Nice resident managers that are always very helpful.Rent is affordable and the place is very well kept up.
