Review: if the complex management were friendlier perhaps this would be nice place to stay. Unapproacheable!having seen 3 managers come and go in the past years, i can say we've had better friendlier managers. Run Fast dont look back!

Review: I would never rent from this company again. They take advantage of college students. The lease runs from Spetember 1 until August 15th, but you're expected to pay an entire month's rent for August, eventhough you're out by the 15th. They also expect you to clean it, well, otherwise they add on additional fees. It was definitely not worth it. Also, they include the heat, yet, they control it , so in the winter it was freezing!

Review: IT's a nice place to live but it has it's problems.They don't do anything about noicy neighbors and if you have a dog the maintance staff will ask you to lock the dog up in a room or go for a walk.The prices are a little high but the grounds are beautiful.The leasing staff are nice unless you have a problem then they will not take you calls and they make up reasons why things aren't getting done.

Review: Yep, have to agree with the last review. I don't know about mold, though I've heard about that, but I do know about being kept awake at night by the noise and not feeling safe here anymore. The apartments might have the advantage of being close to the campus but unless you like being woken up every night by morons driving around with their music so loud it shakes your windows, or you think it's cool to wonder whether you'll make it to your front door safely, don't make the mistake of renting here.

Review: Flo-Mar aparments are-way- overpriced for what you receive.They are not timely when it comes to making repairs.We had a broken stove for months and a broken door that allowed cold air to come in all winter long.The ceiling tiles were mixed matched -- yellow (stained) and white -- creating a ghetto effect.Our apartment was one of the few that had to pay for parking.Unfortuantely, we could rarely park in our paid parking space because of their own employees that often blocked BOTH of our parking spaces, requiring us to park in the street.Very draft apartment.Broken fan in the bathroom.Weird people hanging out in the parking lot.The house was very loud.The company was unwilling to do anything to help with conflict between the neighbors.Neighbors played music all nightlong.When e moved out, they tried to charge us fees for stains that we had written about on our iinventory sheet.They held on to our security deposit for longer than the required time by law.We had to contact them several times.They claimed it got "lost in the mail" and threatened to charge us money to write us a new check.Very bad experience.

Review: Don't move here. Crime is rampant. Drug dealers are king here. Most families are constantly fighting. The other day, a woman chased a man out of the building with a six inch kitchen knife.This place used to be great for low income college students. Now, it is over-run with deadbeats and criminals. I have lived here for three years, and now I am getting the hell out of here. I am sad to leave, but after several break-in attempts, I don't feel safe anymore.The building will soon be sold to the lowest bidder, and I am certain it is going to be a company in Belleville, MI. Seriously, I can sympathize with those looking for affordable living, but you WILL get more than what you bargained for if you move here.

Review: Scott the owner is one of Ypsilanti's finest scam artist.The office manager, Michelle is low class and stupid.The properties are in terrible condition, most are riddled with garbage and are falling apart.There is constant turn over in the office and with maint. staff.Nothing ever gets done and when it does it is done poorly.If your appliances break they will not buy new but give you an old appliance from one of the many vacant apartments.How do I know this?I used to be one of the maint. men.I quit when the office manager told me to lie to the tenants about why nothing ever gets done, just because Michelle and Scott are immoral people doesn't mean the rest of the world is. There is a good reason why all of thier stuff is very cheep, you get what you pay for.Buyer beware you will only suffer if you rent from this company.
