The apartment buildings all need remodeling. The wood steps leading to upper level apartments are old and unsafe. Most fixtures, appliances, and floors within the apartments need replacing.During the 2005 year, there have been more burglaries in which Van Mark is concealing from their residents. They would rather jeopardize their residents' safety in order to get paid rent each month.Also note that maintenance will enter an apartment at any hour without permission, regardless of if there is an emergency. I awoke one morning at 4:30 a.m. to have a strange man in my den.
