Review: Now that the one nice and helpful manager has left I wouldn't stay in this apartment for the world.The head manager allison is nothing but rude and curt everytime i have seen or talked to her.She seems to think it's my fault if they screw something up.

Review: Not too bad for the money - I had a 2 bedroom townhome. It was cheap, but the power bill was 200 in the summer and 225 or more in the winter. I'd rather pay more in rent for a better apt. Had my radio stolen once as well, about 5 cars got hit that night. All the Bass is off by 10pm and they do a good job of keeping the lights working. Maintenance is crappy. Heat went out on a 20 degree day and they took a week and a half to get to me, kept giving me a space heater. Then it kept breaking over and over and over. Plus the A/C froze up every summer. Units are OLD and it is obvious. Mine had linoleum tile on top of the little square tiles in the bathroom. Crappy grout job and the tiles were poping off. Everything in site was spray painted white, so the closet doors didn't want to open hardly. Place is so old you have to sign a lead paint waiver, saying they dont know if it was used there or not. Also, if you aren't home by 9pm, you WILL NOT park in front of your building. About 5 units away. Parking sucks!

Review: Stoney Creek Apartments are nice for beggining renters that just want somewhere to lay the head. The grounds are OK, clean most of the time, the pool is nice and its quiet for the most part. The only thing that strikes a nerve is the maintenance staff. Respectfully: they are slow, undependable and unexerienced. I guess this is the type of environment suitable for developemental growth in that area. You gotta start somewhere! Well if you are a nit-picky person like me, I would put off renting here until the maintenance staff gains further experience or is replaced. On the other hand, if your a Mr. Fix-it and dont mind doing your own repairs, WELCOME HOME!On another note, the office staff is great! they are very friendly and welcoming. Its not a front, the girl are the epitome of "Southern-Bells". They take care of business.Honestly, on a scale of 1-10 I'd give the whole shabang a tough 6(5.75).Yours TRULY,The Renter

Review: The Crestmont Apartments is a very calm environment with excellent management.There is a gated entrance which provides some feelings of security; but a walking guard would be much more appealing.The apartment is very nice and spacious and if you call for work to be done; it is done in a timely manner.There are no real complaints for this complex.

Review: After the last manager left this place is getting back to its crappy self. Jennifer at least tried to do the best that she could with what she had. Now this new jerk is just picking up a paycheck. He doesnt care about anything and his boss is even worse. Linda is the scum of the earth and so is this property. I have live here while 3 managers have been here and i will not renew. I renewed last time because of Jennifer and the way the property was coming back. She took the time to try and get the drug dealers out and get the trash picked. What a shame!!! I have so much more to say from

Review: I lived at Charbonneau for over 6 months and it was one of the best apartments that I have ever rented. I was moving in a hurry out of a previous apartment and Amanda, Office Staff, got me into an apartment in less than three days. Meanwhile, this apartment was just moved out of just two days before. The apartment was in great shape when I got it. Very swift maintenance team, fixed problems same day or the day after. No arguments. Well lit, great views, plenty of parking. The staff and conditions of the apartments were wonderful. Melissa and Amanda are great people, very nice, and a joy to work with.

Review: I have lived here for a year while getting my Masters at USC.I have lived in many apartments and this one has far exceeded my expectations, which are very high might I add.I like peace and quiet and I found it here.I can have my lab here which is a must.I can sit out on my patio and drink a glass of wine and read a book with no bother.The apartments are beautiful.They have a wet bar, a washer and dryer included, french doors, a fireplace- lots of special features that other apartments do not have.If I ever need something-a light bulb, anything, management is prompt and professional.I recommend this community.

Review:This apartment community is beautifully landscaped and the office staff is quite friendly and helpful. However, since I have lived here, there was a carjacking right outside my apartment in the parking lot, and there are pit bulls from the Crossroads apartments next door constantly wandering into our parking lot. I never leave my apartment after dark if I can help it. Granted, in defense of the staff, this is just not a great area of town in terms of safety.As far as parking, early in the morning, parking is great. After about 8 PM, all these cars that don't even belong to residents start showing up, and I usually have to park over in guest parking FAR away from my apartment.The landscaping is beautiful, and they keep the area very clean. Very aesthetically pleasing.I suppose the maintenance would probably be good if I weren't afraid to call them because the maintenance workers are so curt and rude.The condition of the unit is good, with the exception of the fact that some apartments are laid out VERY badly and are either pitch black dark all day long, or just not well arranged.Last but not least, the noise level. Well, let's see: I'm awakened every night in the wee hours (2 or 3 AM) to large amounts of bass rattling my windows, and a neighbor who loves parking his car with his music blasting at max volume, and just LEAVING IT THERE. If you want somewhere quiet to live, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
