A 13 year old was arrested in front of my apartment for selling drugs.My roomate was stalked by a pervert as she laid out atthe pool.The community appears gated, but it backs openly to a shopping center and a neighborhood with zero lot lines.This place is not worth the money. The ducks are nasty...they crap everywhere and you are constantly findingone dead and it reaks out of this world. The trash is always over flowing. The staff, when i was complaining about my mold was rude, they claimed they would have fixed it the first time if i had told them, holy crap it was on my lease papers that it needed to be fixed!! I neverhad a problem with crime though. Alot of outside people would come use the pool at night and leave beer cans and bottles every where.
