Review: Dont get me wrong the cliffs is a nice complex but the staff if SOOO rude, they will never lift a finger to help and they all think too highly of themselves. There was even a fight in the office between a staff member and future resident that was so bad the police were called. The maintenence is great and helpful I just dont think they get all the service calls because they staff is so lazy. There has been a dead bird (which I heard fall between the crack my wall) for months and nobody has been willing to help after repeated calls. I hate this hole and I cant wait to get out. I would suggest St Andrews down the road. And another thing, they claim how safe it is here but my car was broken into, and they tried to steal it but failed and our neighbor is a psyco ex convict that follows us around.

Review: At first everything was great...a month later one of the neighbors harrassed me for 4 months.I asked the office mgr if the neighbor was ok and they told me she was fine after several months of threats and police getting involved they finally asked the neighbor to move.stating she was a schizophranic.I was told the water was free...not true.they lost one of my rent payments and would have locked me out had i not been there to show proof that I'd already paid.I wanted to know if I would have been gone would I have been locked out anyway even though I'd already paid.No one called me back for 2 weeks.Drug dealers are all around and the other neighbors are quite noisey.

Review: These apartments are horrible. Come see... there are pot holes every where that have not been fixed since we moved in. The residents received a letter in June of 2004 that the parking lot was going to be fixed. It is now October and they are even worse. The crime around here is horrible, our belongings are not safe. The grounds are covered in trash and or glass. The construction goes on all day every day, which means no sleep. The management states that they care and that they are working fixing things, but they are not. I honestly feel that the management is racist and should be fired. They haven't fixed really anything, yet they are first to put an eviction notice on your door and not let you know for a week that your check has bounced and then they charge you for those days... Need I say more? I think not, this apartment complex speaks for it's self, come see for yourself.

Review: This place is an absolute disgrace to live in.I never felt comfortable there and definitely limited the times I had company.Maintenance is nice but the office could care less about their residents.If you don't care that the apartments are run down. the gates are always broken, and the pools are disgusting this is the place for you.If you care about all the things above run away quickly from this apartment complex.Don't make the same mistake i did.

Review: Several changes in staff and Managers over the past year. Very rude manager at this current time. Moved in on August and had no A/C for almost 3 weeks. Pray that you never lose your mail key because when you ask the new manager for it she will give it to anyone and everyone with out checking your ID to verify you live in that apt. Review: My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed the time we have spent living here.Getting maintenance to fix anything does not "take an act of Congress".In fact, everytime we have had a problem with something, maintenance is here in less than 5 hours to fix it.Never, have we had such a quick response at any other apartment complex.The staff at the front office is nothing but helpful and always nice!We have had some problems, but only with our neighbors, never with the staff.We would most definetly recommend these apartments to all of our friends and family!

Review: I lived here and in the time I lived in these apartments getting someone to fix a problem was next to impossible.One time my roof came in and the water caused my door to corrode and fall off.They came and fixed the roof but that was all they left all the chopped wood at my front door and did not fix my door.I could go on but that is enough.

Review: Everything is great. Until the noises started. Constant squeaking and the bi-weekly water shut offs are killing me.I have reported the noise problem more than 3 times. Two months later, I am still not getting enough sleep.

Review: These apartments were a last resort and if I would have known before moving in that i was moving into the hood then I would have found another last resort, like a trailer park home.Management is garbage and mean as hell, nothing gets done around here.Laundry Room is never locked no more after a certain time and most of them are always broke.There is a stench coming from the sewer all the time, parking is the worst that I have ever seen in my lifetime and alot of drug dealing and things go on around here.No patrol that I have seen except Arlington cops and also the kids, let me just say that the Bebe kids dont have nothing on these kids.All I can say to sum this up is dont ever in your life move here unless you are hooded and like the hood life and dont mind living a ghetto life.Since the least they cant get from me is a 1, I really want to give them a -5.Worst apartments ever.

Review: After one bad check (a complete accident; we had plenty of money for rent), the friendly facade fell apart.We received, in the same envelope, a notice that the check had been returned and an eviction notice.This was absolutely the first notice, and we would've been happy to clear it up, but they decided that scaring us would be a better idea.Absolutely ridiculous.I'm not moving out, but I'll certainly never view management here as anything more than cretins filling chairs and pushing papers.Home?No.

Review: North Arlington area used to be nice, however recently there has been a surge in crime in ALL of the apartment complexes around the Green Oaks/Hwy N 360 area, including this one. My apartment was robbed for one, and I know someone who was recently mugged at the complex across the street. Mind you, I take every precaution to keep my environment safe, and i am very aware of my surroundings. They broke in when I was not home, and obviously someone knew my schedule. Yes, robberies can happen ANYWHERE, to ANYONE. However, your chances go up depending on the area where you live. I would not recommend this apartment complex merely for the reason stated above: North Arlington area is going to sh-t.

Review: i lived here for a year, pretty average place, but i choose to live here because i got a good deal but now price went up and i'm not willing to pay it... overall, indoor pool is always closed and the front gates are always open, crazy animals outside at night, one person i knew got bitten by a snake! but any idiot shouldn't be walking around at night here anyways because it's too close to the wilderness for all that mess. but anyways decent place and managers and maintaince except for one black guy who never knocks...
