The maintenence man stole from us, never completed our apartment for the 9 month duration that we were there....amangament sucked because they bascially promised they would get our apartment fixed and it just never happened. Now we are being penalized for the bathroom because they "claimed" that we moved the towel rack...when it was the maintenence man who did all the work and never finished...not only that but we lost at least $400 from this maintenece man who prowled through our rooms in search of money or anything else he found useful. When we reported this to managment, they were nice and helpful saying they would call us back in one week. Guess what??? They never called back. In fact, my roommate had to call them back to ask and they said they weren't sure...adn that the police was invovled and all this bullshit that was probably not true...We should have gone directly to the police and handled it ourselves, but as busy college students, we assumed that reporting it to managment and letting them handle it would be best...WRONG! One ppiece of advice, don't live at COllege Main!
