Townhomes are fairly roomy with a patio large enough for a grill and some seating. Maintenance is better than average. Carport is provided but the spaces are very small. Road noise is a bit annoying. Security is mediocre, not enough lighting in some areas. The gym is less than spectacular but the pool seems to be cleaned often.
