Review: The parking is kind of unusual. There seems to be a certain overcrowding in certain buildings, but the whole complex is very large. There are three pools that are awesome. A security guard patrols at night. Maintanence is usually pretty quick, but you can run into some problems with them.The leasing office is generally really helpful. I'd recommend Windridge to anyone...rent is kind of expensive. You can either afford it, or you can't...but the floor plans are really great. Especially the ones with vaulted ceilings. I have the largest one-bedroom and it's wonderful!

Review: I have been at this apartment complex for only 4 days and they have been hell.When it was time to move in the office staff had me and my wife waiting for almost 45 minutes before they could find the paperwork.As a matter of fact we left and came back.No one knows anything here.The managerial staff have only been here for 6 months.Big turn-over time.Any question had to have several call backs and back up calls.We are here waiting on a home to be built but if this is what apartment living has turned into then we are out.

Review: Very nice staff, no problems yet. Lovely community with quality staff and residents. Very easy move in. Great prices for a great community. Hardly any noise at all.. ever.. If your looking for a quiet place to sit down and read or study.. this is the appartment you need!

Review: I am leaving this review because I don't want this to happen to anyone else, now maybe it is just an isolated event to my aprtment but I will leave that for you to decide.I never trust most of these reviews when I went to look for an apartment, but I can tell you that all of this honestly took place.I moved to Texas from out West, I had come out early to look at apts and really like St. Laurent.I was quoted a price after I left and agreed to take the apartment.When I finally arrived a month later I went to sign the contract and the manager had raised the price on me.I argued, but I was sitting there with all of my furniture in the moving van, no car, and had no real option but to just suck it up and pay more per month.The apartments are nice, but my stairway smelled like urine! I contacted management several times, but they were never able to figure it out.They would spray some fragrance on the stairs and the smell would just come back a week later.Next, I had a mice infestation problem.The smell was awful and they ended up finding rotting mice, not once, but TWICE!You probably do not even believe this, but this is the honest truth.However, this wasn't even the end.I talked with management several times about moving me to a new apartment or giving me some sort of reduction on my rent and they wouldn't do anything for me.I even brought them over to my apartment so they could smell what I had to live in.They were disgusted, but still wouldn't do anything for me.WHat kind of management does that? Ridiculous to say the least. So, I had to continue living in my smelly apartment, paying more per month than what had originally been quoted to me, and next was a fly infestation.In the spring I started getting huge house flies coming from nowhere.Everyday I would find approximately 5 more large house flies buzzing around my house.I would have to chase them down and kill them, only to do it all over again the next day.No windows or doors were left open EVER! Unbelievable.When my contract was over I told them I would be moving out and they had the audacity to ask me why!!!!Enough said. In addition they had several car break-ins over the year that I have lived here and all the residents received warnings about valuables in your car.Do as you wish with this information, but I assure you it is completely the truth.
