Review: This apartment has a boiler system as a water heater that they require you to pay for gas to warm the water, pay for water, pay for trash, pay for sewer. There are no individual meters for each apartments so they do a calculation that no one can figure out. Review: These apartments are disgusting! There are so many cockroaches. I lived there for four years. I am so glad to be out of there! We had a mouse problem one year. We had no screens on our windows. The office staff is rude. I had so many problems with them I could write an book. The buildings are so old they are falling apart. The floor is totally uneven. I could go on forever. All I can say is do not move here. It is a terrible place that takes advantage of their residents.

Review: Sure, initially, the management sucked but recently they have either let go or fired the incompetent employees they had working in the office.Things seem to be getting done. Work orders are getting done correctly and it is really nice to speak to someone in the office without having them always say "I don't know." I happy to see that TCRS stepped up to the plate and hired intellegent employees.PS. The Assist mgr is hot.

Review: LIVING HERE IS NOT ALL GOOD ITS QUITE AT TIMES, BUT THEY NEED MORE PATROL OFFICERS AROUND, BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALOT OF PEOPLE BREAKING IN CARS OVER NIGHT.

Review: Management has changed and has gotten rid of the young party people.The complex was nice before, but now it is dead quiet and I feel very safe.Being in a residential area we don't feel like we're in apartment central.I would recommend this place to certain people that want a quiet atmosphere.

Review: I have lived here for about a year and a half and have really enjoyed my stay.The staff is extremely nice and the facility is gorgeous.I went apartment shopping for two whole days and saw virtually every apartment in Mesquite and this one was by far was the best. I cant comment on how the maintenance staff is because in the time I have been there, I havent had to call them once! Negatives: the price is a little steep but if you can afford it, its well worth it.Also you WILL be able to hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors.From above you, you can hear people walking from room to room. The lady(bitch) downstairs from us complained constantly to the management about us walking around and thats all we were doing.Managers basically told her to deal with it and get a life. And if you have a neighbor who plays music, you will hear that.The parking is not that good but is not unbearable.Bottom line: if you really want to live in Mesquite and arent dirt poor, this is where you wanna be.

Review: This was a pretty good place to live and had good management and maintenance untill a recent change in the management. Now requests for maintenance are responded to VERY slowly if they get responded to at all.

Review: This is the best apartments I've ever lived in.Every weekend me and my neighbors hang out at the pool and cook out and hang out.The grounds always look good.It's fully gated which was really important to me when I moved in and I enjoy it now that I live here.Its definitely the most bang for the buck in Mesquite.
