My apt. is set up funny - the fireplace causes the living room to be odd shaped and limits where you can put stuff plus it's small already. Yeah the water thing has always been a problem, but maybe it's getting fixed. The office people are fine.No covered parking and I can never get real close to my apartment. Sometimes it gets noisy. Julia and Tina are truly professionals, and have responded quickly to every request we've made. We had a problem with loud, trashy neighbors, and Julia handled it promptly and efficiently. The washer and dryer in my unit isn't as good as I'd like. I love having a two-car garage, and a little back yard.
